Our demographic includes Prince George's, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's Counties but extends to neighboring jurisdictions to facilitate client access from their residence and employment locations.

Our diverse and dynamic members have developed a consumer outreach and educational presentation and are meeting with local employers, human relations departments, employee groups, faith-based organizations and community associations in order to raise public awareness and explain the tremendous benefit of utilizing the collaborative model in lieu of traditional litigation methods.
