We have seen huge changes in our society in the past few decades—changes in employment patterns, changes in technology, and significant changes in our families and in marriage. People live together and have children together without being married more frequently, people divorce and remarry at a higher rate than in our past history, same-sex couples create families, and countless other changes that may effect you and your family. As in a collaborative divorce, other family issues can be addressed through the collaborative process. These other family matters often encompass the same emotional, financial, and legal aspects as a divorce. Please look through our list of matters handled through the collaborative process. If you don't see what you need, or have questions, please feel free to contact one of our collaborative professionals.
Allows couples to focus on real issues divorced from emotional aspects of separation. I was allowed my voice, my opinions were heard, and I ended up respecting everyone in the process. The process was actually very positive to our on-going relationship.
